What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, tablets, and mobile devices
• perform board-level repairs and microsoldering
• manage multi-day repair workflows and parts tracking
• troubleshoot power, charging, data, and logic-board issues
• document diagnostics and parts in work orders
• meet turnaround targets and communicate delays
• support same-day technicians with escalated issues
• follow device-handling, quality-control, and partner-compliance procedures.
