What you'll do

• Manage contract operations, staffing oversight, subcontractor coordination, schedules, risks, and performance
• serve as the primary management interface with Government leadership and the COR
• monitor staffing, vacancies, deliverables, expenditures, risks, and corrective actions
• coordinate onsite team leads
• support program and staffing plans, status reporting, reviews, transition, and quality requirements
• manage recruiting, retention, and replacement staffing.
