Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant — 2:30 PM–10:30 PM

What you'll do

• Administer medications and reminders as delegated by the RN Supervisor
• assist with activities of daily living, room order, and laundry
• document resident changes and completed care
• complete incident reports and medication records
• follow infection-control and state requirements
• encourage and escort residents to activities
• communicate care needs to staff and families
• assist with meals and provide backup to staff as needed.
