Class A Delivery Driver

The Class A Delivery Driver role is onsite in Mobile, AL; compensation is not specified. The driver reports to the Delivery Manager and delivers and merchandises Gulf Distributing Company products at assigned retail accounts. The role supports reliable account service by following assigned routes, safely operating and inspecting the truck, handling product and returns, rotating and merchandising stock, collecting payments, completing required paperwork and logs, and communicating with account contacts and the Delivery Manager.

What you'll do

• Deliver and merchandise products at assigned accounts
• follow established route sequences
• load and count products
• rotate stock and build displays as directed
• collect payments and handle returns
• inspect and maintain the vehicle
• maintain DOT logs and paperwork
• follow traffic, safety, company, and liquor-control requirements
• communicate with account contacts and management.
