The Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant role is onsite in Wolfeboro, NH, with pay of $18–$25 per hour. Whole Hearted Senior Home Care provides non-medical support to seniors in their own homes, including people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The role helps clients with activities of daily living so they can remain in their homes. Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance during scheduled shifts, supporting clients’ daily routines and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, and mobility
• prepare meals
• provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and errands
• work independently in clients’ homes
• travel up to 45 minutes to a client’s home as needed.
