What you'll do

• Handle reception duties, greet and direct visitors, and communicate with residents and visitors
• assist the Life Enrichment Director with daily operations and wellness-program participation
• support building security
• observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
• complete administrative tasks and data entry
• schedule appointments and manage activity calendars with Life Enrichment
• assist with resident transportation
• maintain files and clerical supplies
• deliver messages and distribute mail.
