What you'll do

• Analyze commercial credit applications, tax returns, interim financials, and debt schedules
• assess cash flow, leverage, and guarantor capacity
• evaluate SBA eligibility and structure 7(a) facilities
• prepare credit approval memorandums
• present credit packages to senior credit officers and the Credit Committee
• order and review third-party due diligence
• partner with closing specialists on commitment letters and closing conditions
• manage an active credit pipeline.
