Process Technician

The Process Technician works onsite in Youngstown, OH. Compensation is $26–$36 per hour based on experience. Aegis Manufacturing & Engineering is hiring to support plastic injection molding production operations. The role sets up and adjusts molding equipment to maintain safe, efficient, consistent production. It troubleshoots process and quality issues and works with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to meet production requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment
• perform mold changes and changeovers
• establish process parameters
• troubleshoot defects and equipment issues
• monitor quality and cycle times
• support mold trials and process validation
• document settings and changes
• assist with preventive maintenance
• provide technical guidance to operators
• follow safety, quality, and production standards.
