What you'll do

• Address current and prospective residents' concerns
• support leasing standards and tour and lease apartments as needed
• help train staff and model sales techniques
• lead rent collection efforts for delinquent residents
• assist with budget management
• inspect apartments during move-ins and move-outs
• act as Property Manager when the manager is absent.
