What you'll do

• Manage vendor contract terms related to attrition, cancellations, and inventory release
• monitor and action guest waitlists
• process and confirm requests for hotel stays, internal air arrangements, and upgrades
• liaise with vendors and internal departments
• maintain hotel and air procedure documentation
• generate, review, and distribute hotel and air manifests
• collaborate with analysts and product and voyage managers on Seaware programming changes and accurate guest records.
