What you'll do

• Advise private equity clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• support portfolio company operations, including governance and compliance
• draft and negotiate purchase, operating, shareholder, and related corporate agreements
• conduct due diligence and coordinate deal closings
• collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices.
