What you'll do

• Establish and run PMO standards, templates, tools, and cadences
• maintain and improve delivery methodology and reviews
• coordinate program-health inputs with Project Controls
• manage, develop, staff, recruit, and onboard the shared project-manager bench
• coordinate approvals and workflow
• keep PMO tools current
• coordinate with Contracts and Finance on contract one-sheets and invoicing processes
• complete a structured transition of PMO responsibilities.
