Executive Chef

The Executive Chef role is onsite in Florence, KY. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The chef supports Air Culinaire Worldwide’s food production orders and customer service. The role manages kitchen operations and culinary staff to deliver quality cuisine while meeting food safety, HACCP, and company specifications. It also develops staff, controls food purchasing and costs, and helps resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and safety.

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, direct, and develop kitchen staff
• create client-facing and regional menus, recipes, and tastings
• monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
• oversee food safety, purchasing, inventory, production levels, and food costs
• maintain kitchen specifications and standard operating procedures
• support sales and marketing programs from the culinary perspective
• visit clients and vendors and conduct food demonstrations.
