Inventory Supervisor

The supervisor leads the Parts team and coordinates inventory processes to support timely material flow and manufacturing goals. The role works with Purchasing, Production, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

What you'll do

• Maintain records of inventory transactions, deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
• ensure Production has required materials
• analyze usage and supply levels
• support inventory accuracy and improve inventory turns
• investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• supervise and train the Parts team
• complete cycle counts and analyze variances
• monitor warehouse organization and material flow
• collaborate with Purchasing and Production.
