The Shakeout Operator role is onsite in the Racine, WI area at an aluminum castings foundry, with pay of $20–$22 per hour. Delta Workforce is recruiting for hands-on foundry work separating castings from sand molds after cooling. The operator runs shakeout equipment, inspects castings, and moves castings and scrap to the next production stage. The work supports safe and efficient foundry production and requires physical activity in a hot, dusty, noisy environment.

What you'll do

• Remove cooled aluminum castings from sand molds
• operate shakeout equipment and vibrating tables or other material-handling equipment
• inspect castings for visible defects
• transport castings and scrap using forklifts, hoists, or pallet jacks if certified
• follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
• assist with preventive maintenance and cleaning of foundry equipment.
