What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• administer and observe medications and treatments according to the Six Rights of Medication Pass and document accurately
• monitor and record changes in resident condition
• engage residents in enrichment and life skills activities
• maintain clean and sanitary spaces
• respond to call bells and security systems
• communicate care needs and changes to residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff
• follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
