Maintenance Mechanic — Bakery Plant

What you'll do

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules using the CMMS
• document work orders and asset improvements in SAP-PM
• use thermography cameras and ultrasound tools
• diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts on processing and packaging lines
• interpret technical drawings and schematics
• collaborate on recurring operational challenges
• communicate shift updates
• operate material-handling and elevated-work equipment
• comply with LOTO, hot-work, confined-space, NEC, NFPA, GMP, HACCP, QCMS, IL6S, and TPM standards.
