What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide service
• process purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
• handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
• answer questions and assist with product selection
• build customer relationships and conduct outreach
• assist in yard and warehouse areas
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
• use NetSuite and other sales-support systems
• follow safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.
