What you'll do

• Support and progressively manage a caseload in family law, civil litigation, and/or criminal defense under senior-attorney guidance
• appear at hearings, conferences, and mediations
• conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
• assist with case strategy, trial preparation, and negotiations
• communicate proactively with clients
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and intake staff
• participate in firm training, continuing legal education, and community engagement opportunities.
