Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain Procore records and logs
• issue and track RFQs and bid packages
• negotiate contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project costs
• update schedules and look-ahead plans
• prepare meeting minutes
• conduct site visits and meetings
• prepare estimates and closeout materials
• coordinate BIM activities
• communicate follow-ups
• mentor team members.
