What you'll do

• Advise portfolio clients on workplace strategies
• lead presentations, discovery meetings, and strategy workshops
• develop occupancy plans, scenarios, standards, and forecasts
• serve as executive sponsor and lead strategist on complex engagements
• identify opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new clients
• maintain opportunity pipelines and forecasts
• collaborate with brokerage, account, and technology teams
• create standardized deliverables and reporting
• and contribute to pricing and commercial offerings.
