Area Service Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support Service Managers and maintenance teams
• set expectations and promote accountability
• oversee work-order completion, make-ready turnaround, and service quality across approximately five communities
• inspect apartment readiness, preventative maintenance, grounds, and curb appeal
• ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and applicable regulations
• serve as an escalation point for complex maintenance and resident service concerns
• coordinate staffing and maintenance coverage
• monitor expenses, budgets, and performance indicators
• identify cost savings and implement service improvements.
