The role supports a law firm’s growing transactional division, serving business clients in corporate, finance, and property matters. The attorney manages commercial matters and client cases, providing legal guidance that helps clients pursue strategic goals and mitigate legal and financial risks. Work includes corporate advice, commercial and financing agreements, real estate transactions, contracts, and occasional estate planning and probate matters.

What you'll do

• Advise business clients on corporate formation, governance, and operational matters
• draft, negotiate, and close commercial and financing agreements
• oversee commercial and residential real estate transactions
• prepare and review business contracts
• manage a portfolio of client cases and coordinate with other attorneys
• handle occasional estate planning and probate matters.
