Shipping, Receiving and Delivery Associate

The Shipping, Receiving and Delivery Associate role is onsite in Jupiter, FL. Compensation is $23–$30 per hour. The position supports Carhart Plumbing’s warehouse and field operations by keeping plumbing materials, tools, and equipment ready for crews and jobsites. The associate maintains accurate inventory flow and prepares and delivers materials so field teams can work efficiently. Careful receiving, organization, and timely delivery help prevent shortages and delays in plumbing operations.

What you'll do

• Receive and inspect shipments
• verify quantities and document discrepancies
• maintain inventory records using InFlow and other systems
• stock, label, and organize materials
• prepare trucks and stage crew materials
• safely deliver materials and equipment, including towing trailers up to 24 feet when assigned
• complete inventory audits
• maintain warehouse organization
• coordinate with managers, crews, vendors, and office staff.
