The role also coordinates with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout estimating and business development activities.

What you'll do

• Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and related documents to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
• prepare quantity take-offs, unit pricing, value engineering, risk analysis, qualifications, assumptions, cost comparisons, in-house budgets, and GMPs
• manage subcontractor solicitation and selection
• prepare scope sheets
• ensure quality control of bids and estimates
• participate in business development presentations and interviews
• communicate with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
