What you'll do

• Resolve escalated hardware, software, and basic network issues
• own incident tickets through resolution
• install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows devices and peripherals
• administer Active Directory user workflows
• monitor endpoint health and compliance
• maintain technical documentation and software records
• provide user guidance
• follow ESH&Q requirements.
