Assistant Property Manager – Data Center Operations

The Assistant Property Manager – Data Center Operations role is onsite in Ashburn, VA. Compensation is not specified. Working with Operations Management, Legal, and Accounting, the assistant supports day-to-day data center property operations and service standards. The role administers purchasing, invoices, contracts, leases, tenant requests, inspections, and reporting, while coordinating with vendors and clients.

What you'll do

• Review, process, route, and close purchase orders
• review and process invoices and resolve issues
• file sales and use and fuel tax exemptions
• maintain vendor and tenant certificates of insurance and nondisclosure agreements
• administer contracts and leases
• send and close service notices
• acknowledge, assign, update, and close tenant service requests
• organize facility documents
• conduct routine property inspections
• order office supplies and maintain office equipment
• prepare monthly reports
• attend vendor reviews and client meetings and record minutes and action items
• local travel required
• respond to after-hours emails and calls in emergencies.
