What you'll do

• Lead and develop staff supporting JCC programs, preschool, aftercare/camp, and membership
• manage the fitness and recreation vendor relationship
• solicit and steward donors
• pursue gifts, sponsorships, and grants
• represent the JCCs in community and JCC networks
• attend board meetings and prepare reports
• maintain a balanced budget
• support security and safety
• develop and execute growth plans.
