What you'll do

• Greet and direct members and guests
• check in members and register guests
• monitor check-ins and notify a supervisor about delinquent accounts
• answer and route calls
• follow up on telephone inquiries
• respond to member concerns
• distribute keys and towels
• process retail and concession sales
• complete walk-throughs and opening or closing procedures
• report maintenance and safety concerns.
