Senior People Partner

What you'll do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategies into HR and organizational development actions
• guide organizational design and change
• coordinate with People Centers of Excellence
• analyze data and recommend process and policy improvements
• advise on salary planning, promotions, and job leveling
• address employee relations issues
• lead employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
