What you'll do

• Inspect and test earthwork, concrete, asphalt, and utility construction
• sample construction materials
• observe construction work and verify compliance
• perform field and laboratory testing
• verify plan quantities and calculations
• maintain project records and reports
• notify contractors or project engineers of nonconforming work as needed.
