What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health-information requests under company and facility procedures
• safeguard confidential information and apply medical privacy requirements
• manage, assemble, and check patient records for accuracy and completeness
• create digital images for electronic medical records
• retrieve and transmit records to authorized internal and external requesters
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• process mail and faxes and perform data entry as needed
• meet site productivity expectations.
