What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and client services
• recruit, onboard, and supervise caregivers
• develop referral relationships and bring in clients
• coordinate intake and service delivery
• oversee Sandata EVV, billing follow-up, and collections
• maintain documentation and support Indiana compliance
• monitor revenue, expenses, and operational performance
• provide updates to owners.
