What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menus and recipes
• assist with meal service and dining-area upkeep
• wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining spaces
• follow sanitation and food-safety practices and use required PPE
• oversee requisitions, inventory, and food rotation when the Culinary Coordinator is absent
• assist and oversee Culinary/Resident Assistants as needed
• report unsafe conditions, complete work orders, respond to alarms or emergencies, and participate in meetings and safety activities.
