Assistant Store Manager — Convenience Store

The Assistant Store Manager works onsite in Minden, LA. Compensation is $12–$14 per hour, and the posting also offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after six months in the position. What you'll do

• Support day-to-day store operations
• operate the register and assist customers
• coach team members on product and promotion upselling
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is away
• manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store, restroom, trash, and fuel-pump cleanliness
• create team schedules
• handle cash, deposits, and store financials.
