What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end customer and internal programs in SMT/PCBA operations
• manage plans, schedules, milestones, costs, scope, and risks
• coordinate Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
• track KPIs and communicate program status
• support new product introductions, pilot runs, and production ramp-up
• manage change requests and documentation
• support contract review, quoting inputs, and capacity planning.
