What you'll do

• Maintain timely records of current and delinquent accounts, suspense items, rate changes, and accounts referred to attorneys
• review documents for accuracy and appropriate data
• edit employer billings for non-monetary reporting discrepancies
• coordinate with departments, union representatives, attorneys, auditors, and others
• keep current on laws and collective bargaining agreements affecting reporting
• answer questions and resolve complaints
• prepare documentation and reports
• maintain the Trust Specific Procedure Manual.

Why this role

Minimum qualification is two years of general office experience, including at least one year in accounting, or successful completion of the internal Data Controller Trainee designation. An associate degree in accounting is preferred.
