The Facilities Team Member works onsite in Bloomington, IL, for $15.50–$18.75 per hour. The role supports the Bloomington-Normal YMCA’s mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This position maintains a clean, safe YMCA facility and completes planned cleaning projects, helping members and staff use well-kept spaces and equipment. It also supports the custodial department through task records, supply and equipment reporting, and assistance with staff training.

What you'll do

• Clean facility spaces and complete housekeeping projects, floor refinishing, landscaping, and snow removal as needed
• record completed tasks
• communicate supply needs and damaged equipment to the Director of Maintenance
• help develop task lists and train new staff
• follow security, emergency, and safe chemical-handling procedures
• maintain vendor relationships and secure maintenance spaces.
