What you'll do

• Handle assigned store logistics, donation pickups, maintenance projects, furniture repair and restoration, cash handling, merchandising, and in-store marketing
• greet and assist guests
• maintain store safety and cleanliness
• process, sort, clean, and repair merchandise
• dispose of unusable donations
• support donation pickup services and business partnerships
• monitor inventory quality and displays
• handle transactions and reporting
• assist with volunteer training
• supervise staff and volunteers in the manager’s absence
• assist with animal care during emergencies.
