Operations Associate

The role handles product receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and order handoff, with kitchen tasks where applicable. Accurate, safe, and organized operations help the site prepare customer orders and support Gopuff’s delivery service.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor pallets
• reconcile inventory with purchase orders and invoices
• manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• manage waste and spoilage using FIFO
• contact customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items
• handle and move products safely
• prepare food and beverages where applicable
• package and stage orders
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
