The Hardscape Crew Leader / Foreman role is onsite in Standish, ME; compensation is not specified. Maine Outdoor Spaces installs high-end residential hardscapes and outdoor living projects throughout Southern and Coastal Maine. The crew leader works alongside a team of two to five, taking projects from plans and layout through completion. The role coordinates daily production, equipment, materials, and crew development while maintaining workmanship and jobsite safety.

What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside a 2–5 person installation crew
• interpret plans and establish grades, elevations, dimensions, drainage, and layout
• lead installation of patios, walls, steps, walkways, natural stone, porcelain, and other hardscape features
• plan daily production and schedules
• operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other equipment
• coordinate materials and equipment
• train crew members
• maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe jobsite
• communicate with project management and customers
• take ownership of workmanship and finished quality.
