What you'll do

• Lead daily food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade operations
• drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support
• recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams
• manage labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and financial targets
• support front- and back-of-house operations
• resolve guest issues
• maintain operational and guest readiness during high-volume shifts.
