Senior Vice President of Leasing

The executive leads leasing strategy across the company’s national portfolio to maximize occupancy, drive property value, and support investor returns. The role manages internal and third-party leasing teams and partners with Asset Management and Investments on leasing plans, deal economics, and portfolio goals.

What you'll do

• Lead leasing professionals across the national platform
• develop asset-specific strategies for stabilized, value-add, and opportunistic retail assets
• source prospects and execute anchor, junior anchor, and inline leases
• recruit, mentor, and manage the internal leasing team
• select and manage third-party brokerage teams
• oversee underwriting, structuring, and negotiation of complex retail leases
• align leasing with property business plans
• support investment due diligence
• analyze lease economics and present financial analyses to the Investment team
• report to the EVP of Real Estate Operations and Strategy.
