The APEX Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is an onsite role based in Jackson, MS, with frequent travel required. The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, supporting Parexel's clinical research operations. This role serves as an entry-level training program designed to provide foundational clinical research experience through project support, initiation assistance, and site-facing tasks. The CRA works to build and maintain site relationships, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery from site identification through close-out.

What you'll do

• Support CRAs and Clinical Operations Leads with project tasks.
• Complete the ACRP Entry Level Knowledge Assessment.
• Accompany CRAs for observational and co-monitoring support.
• Manage site quality and delivery from identification to close-out.
