What you'll do

• Build relationships with prospective and current clients and recommend memberships or packages
• follow up with leads
• support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events
• monitor member activity and contact clients at risk of disengaging
• greet and check in clients
• orient new clients to the studio and class experience
• support instructors
• manage front desk and studio organization
• answer phones and emails
• process sales and maintain client records
• support opening and closing duties.
