What you'll do

• Participate in the safety committee and enforce daily safety and housekeeping
• lead production operators and coordinate plant employees
• train and assist employees
• plan time and materials for orders
• supervise cleanliness, safety, quality control, and production
• coordinate with maintenance technicians
• attend daily production meetings
• supervise truck loading and unloading and paperwork
• verify incoming shipments
• complete inventory and production reports
• provide performance-evaluation information
• monitor attendance and plant-rule compliance
• and maintain quality-assurance measures.
