The Assistant Clinical Director, Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Waterford, MI, with annual compensation of $70,000 to $90,000. SOAR Autism Center provides applied behavior analysis services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in the Waterford area and surrounding communities. The role supports clinical programming and staff through assessments, treatment planning, program adjustments, supervision, and family training. Direct client work when needed and collaboration with funding sources and staff help maintain individualized services and support client progress.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional assessments and submit reports for funding sources
• develop treatment plans and adjust client programs
• communicate with funding sources about progress, authorizations, goals, and parent goals
• provide staff feedback, training, and support
• conduct weekly or biweekly parent trainings
• implement programs and work directly with clients when needed
• write supervision notes based on client observations
• help conduct weekly staff meetings.
