What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and negotiate customer contracts and related commercial documents

• maintain templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
• identify and escalate contractual risks
• support compliance and governance
• conduct legal research
• and collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel.
