What you'll do

• Greet members and assess their needs
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions
• balance cash
• enter consumer loan application data and prepare documents
• recommend products and services based on needs assessments
• open deposit accounts and initiate services
• provide account information
• follow security, Bank Secrecy Act, and other policies
• investigate account concerns
• document member activity
• refer members appropriately
• support business development and loan sale events.
