What you'll do

• Use goal setting and the guest experience system to work toward color, average-ticket and production-per-hour goals

• use salon scheduling software, tablets and credit card machines
• manage social media as recommended by brand standards
• discuss salon events and promotions
• encourage future appointments and retail products
• contact guests who have not visited recently
• support guests and teammates
• apply educational opportunities.
